Villa La Perla, as a part of a small settlement "Alex Villas", is located in a private sector of the closed area of the 5-star hotel and Iberostargolf club. The villa is within a walking distance of the ocean on the first coastline and has a closed and guarded private beach.

This is a spacious two-storey villa of 226m² with three bedrooms (each bedroom has a master bath), a huge living kitchen and an additional small living room. All bedrooms are furnished with light furniture and have a separate bathroom, as well as DoubleBeds and wardrobes. The panoramic windows of the villa offer a magnificent view of the green golf courses.

On the territory of the villa there are a swimming pool with blue water, a comfortable outdoor barbecue area, sun loungers, tables, armchairs, hammocks and green lawns - everything you need for the most comfortable stay.
